Ray has over 20 years of experience in the automotive repair industry and has developed the business based on alert business skills. At Mr Gloss, Ray has driven operational efficiencies to new levels, empowering management and staff to enthusiastically deliver a superior product in a paperless environment.

Mr Ray Smith Roberts (CEO - East Coast Bullbars)

Ray has been with ECB for 14 years, as General Manager since 1997 and as CEO from 2003. His experience covers all areas of operational management, financial control, manufacturing and sales. He has demonstrated leadership skills in growing the ECB business in a highly competitive environment. Prior to ECB, Ray held a number of senior dealership positions in the motor vehicle industry over an eight year period including fixed operations management and dealer principle.

Keith Bollen (General Manager - Alanco)

Keith joined Alanco in 2006 with a background in warehousing, distribution, strategic procurement and customer service management. His expertise has helped guide Alanco’s extraordinary growth from one of the smallest to the largest specialist Auto Electrical Distributor in Western Australia. The continued success of Alanco is driven by Keith’s belief in the company motto “Quality Products, Superior Service, Satisfied Customers” which is instilled into all employees. He is currently studying for his MBA at Curtin University.

Adam Middleton (General Manager - KT Cables Accessories)

Adam was appointed General Manager of KT Cables Accessories on the 1st of June 2009. He joined the company in October 2007 and held the position of National Sales Manager and is co-founder of the KT brand. He has a proven record in sales, marketing and product design. Under Adam’s direction KT was recognized with over 6 business excellence awards, including the AAAA Silver Medal in Marketing.
